Jorge has actively participated as a mentor, adviser and interviewer of prospective MBA candidates since he enrolled in the MBA program at NYU Stern in 2005. Jorge held membership with The Consortium of Graduate Studies in Management, Reaching Out MBA, National Black MBA Association and National Society of Hispanic MBAs, and served actively as an alumnus of these organizations fostering diversity in MBA programs. He also held leadership roles in recruitment at Colgate-Palmolive and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Jorge currently participates as a Fellow at The Aspen Institute, offered by The Business & Society Program, having demonstrated a long-term commitment and career focused on the intersection of corporate profitability and social value. He has in-depth experience managing brands across a variety of sectors including Consumer Goods, Mining and Minerals, Automotive and Financial Services.
