Jen has had experience in MBA admissions from both attending MIT Sloan as a Forte Fellow and serving as the admissions director for the business school of a major public university. She has extensive background in helping candidates develop their application portfolio and prepare for interviews, including women, international students, underrepresented minorities, and military members. Her professional experience includes management consulting, primarily focusing on public sector strategy projects.While at MIT Sloan, Jen was a leader within the management consultant club and Sloan Women in Management, as well as a member of the Sloan Senate. She participated in multiple action learning labs as part of her coursework, including one project with an NGO in India that she and her team turned into a business case for the MBA program. As a dual degree candidate with the Harvard Kennedy School, Jen has experience advising candidates considering joint programs. She is passionate about the higher education space, as well as leadership development, and she continues to advise a cross-Harvard leadership program that she co-founded during her graduate studies. She is happy to speak to the subject of leadership with MBA candidates striving to get into top degree programs.
