Nakeyshia earned her MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and her bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies from from Columbia College. In addition to her work as an MBA application adviser, Nakeyshia has also worked with an education-focused non-profit that empowers educators to better incorporate technology. Previously, she led product marketing for a tablet-based curriculum at Pearson Education. Additionally Nakeyshia brings over 10 years of experience in financial services, specifically real estate private equity and investment banking to her work as a MBA application advisor. Nakeyshia actively mentors young professionals interested in careers in utilizing their MBA to pursue careers in finance, real estate, education and technology. As an alum of the Toigo Foundation, a highly selective fellowship program focused on increasing under-represented groups in finance, she often moderates and organizes professional development workshops focused on successfully navigating the MBA admissions process.
