Joyce received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her Bachelor of Science in Economics and Biology from Georgetown University. At HBS, she worked with Career Services and served as a Resume Editor to first year students. She has been working with Georgetown’s Admissions Committee for the past six years, evaluating candidates and conducting alumni interviews.Joyce has enjoyed a wide array of work experiences, including investment banking, corporate strategy, business development, television production, and marketing. After graduating from Georgetown, Joyce was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare Group at Merrill Lynch. She then joined the media and entertainment conglomerate, News Corporation, where she worked in the strategy group at the corporate headquarters, and then in the business development group for Fox Entertainment, News Corp.’s television division. Joyce also worked as a creative production consultant for Donald Trump’s television show, The Apprentice. Additionally, she worked in marketing at Nestle, focusing on brand management and brand positioning.At Harvard Business School, Joyce was actively involved with student organizations. As Vice President of the Marketing Club, she organized the annual Marketing Conference. She also served as Section Representative for the Women’s Student Association.In her admissions work, Joyce has focused on early and late career candidates, as well as applicants with low GMATs and GPAs. She has had great success with a long list of top schools.
