Andy grew up in Rhode Island and attended Moses Brown School. In high school, he wrote a full-length novel and signed with the Ann Wright Agency in New York City. While majoring in economics at Stanford University, he developed his passion for writing, studied in Florence, worked as a columnist and managing editor for The Stanford Review, and served as a writing tutor for the schoolโ€™s most rigorous freshman writing and humanities track. After graduating in 1998, he was recruited by Trilogy Software, an e-commerce start-up in Austin, Texas. Rising to the position of Program Manager for online and end-user marketing in four months, his experience includes managing a multi-million-dollar marketing campaign for a high-profile new release and developing a web site capable of automatically qualifying and capturing leads. Eager for a better outlet for his creativity, he resigned from Trilogy, completed his first feature screenplay, signed with representation, and moved to Los Angeles. In 2003, he began working as an MBA admissions consultant. Today, Andy continues to develop TV and features projects while helping clients achieve their dreams of attending top business programs.Andy specializes in helping clients identify and craft a compelling story in cases where enhanced distinction and reader engagement are essential. His story-driven approach has been particularly effective for applicants with non-traditional backgrounds who need to communicate the value they can offer, as well as applicants from over-represented demographics who need a distinctive โ€˜brandโ€™ to stand out from their competition.
