An MBA graduate of The Wharton School in finance and public policy, Ms. Gandhi worked in the Wharton MBA Admissions Office assisting non-traditional, socially-minded applicants. Following graduation, she continued to advise a variety of candidates, enabling them to gain admission to prestigious MBA programs. She has served as a guest lecturer at Wharton and Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and as a Director on the Board of Women Advancing Microfinance-International (WAM-I). An international development professional specializing in microfinance, Ms. Gandhi has worked at global microfinance network FINCA in senior management positions including Deputy to the President & CEO and subsequently CEO of FINCA's subsidiary in Guatemala. Her field work includes experience with subsidiaries in Pakistan and Jordan. Before FINCA, Ms. Gandhi's career spanned management consulting at Andersen, government/politics in the office of a United States Congressman, and investment banking at UBS. She holds a bachelor of science degree in finance from the University of Maryland at College Park. Ms. Gandhi speaks fluent Gujarati, intermediate Spanish and conversational French and Arabic.}
