About

Heather served as an Assistant Director of the HBS MBA Admissions Board in Boston, MA for two years, helping to select the incoming class through the evaluation of written application materials and interviews with applicants. She was also involved in the design of the Early Career 2+2 program, a deferred admission process for current students enrolled either in college or full-time Master’s programs. The program is comprised of two years of professional work experience followed by two years in the HBS MBA Program. Heather moved from Boston to serve as an Assistant Director for the HBS MBA Admissions Board out of London and served in this role for over three years. She worked independently out of London, covering recruitment for the UK and Europe, with some responsibilities in Asia. She also spent some of her time working on behalf of HBS Career Services and The Global Initiative to represent HBS in the UK & Europe. Prior to working at HBS, Heather served as a recruiting coordinator for the Boston Consulting Group in the Boston office. She was responsible for corporate communication, interviewing, and hiring consulting staff. Her target schools included HBS, Sloan, and Tuck. Heather holds a BA from Boston College and a M.Ed from Boston University. Heather has two boys. When not working, she keeps herself busy chasing them around the house (literally). She enjoys running, exercising, and being outdoors.
